Grate cheese. Bring 100 ml water, milk, fat and salt to the boil in a saucepan. Add flour at once. Turn off the heat and stir the mixture until it comes off the bottom of the pot as a lump. Put the dough into a bowl and stir in 1 egg. Let it cool down for about 5 minutes. Stir in 3 eggs and cheese one after the other
Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a medium-sized punched spout. Spray approx. 20 small tuffs each onto 2 baking trays lined with baking paper
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 15-20 minutes one after the other. Take out and let cool down
