Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Mini Penny rigate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package (10 g) Instant salad dressing "Garden Herbs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (150 g) Roman salad heart
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions (4 pieces)
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 400 g Meat salad
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix salad dressing with oil. Drain the noodles, let them drain and mix with the herb oil, let them cool down. Clean, wash, cut the salad into strips and drain.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Cut cheese into small cubes. Mix meat salad with yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Mix the pasta, meat salad and remaining ingredients. Season to taste once more.
