Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1-2 tablespoons of oil
  • 600 g finished gyros meat (from butcher)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 Federation Chives
  • 200 g Schmand

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Heat oil in a casserole. Fry the gyros, onions and peppers in it.

    Season strongly with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomatoes, juice and 400 ml water. Bring to the boil, crush the tomatoes a bit. Simmer covered for 8-10 minutes

    Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Arrange stew with sour cream and chives. Served with: bread
