Peel onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Heat oil in a casserole. Fry the gyros, onions and peppers in it.
Season strongly with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomatoes, juice and 400 ml water. Bring to the boil, crush the tomatoes a bit. Simmer covered for 8-10 minutes
