Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Onions (approx. 160 g)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) red pepper
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Celery
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney Beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 300 g Minced beef
  • 1 Tüte Chili with Carne Fix
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Coriander and parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Halve, seed, wash and dice the peppers. Wash and clean the celery and cut it into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices.

  2. 2

Rinse the beans in a sieve and let them drain. Drain the corn. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat well. Add onions, garlic, paprika and celery to the minced meat and fry briefly.

  3. 3

Deglaze with 300 ml water. Stir in Chili con Carne Fix and bring to the boil. Let everything simmer at low heat for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add beans, corn and tomatoes to the chili. Slightly chop the tomatoes with the mixing spoon.

  4. 4

Wash the coriander and parsley, dab dry and chop, add to the chilli and bring everything briefly to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates. Potato wedges or french fries taste good with it.
