Ingredients

  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 2 packets (25 g each) Light sauce
  • 1 glass (53 ml) Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel onion and chop finely. Knead minced meat, onion, egg and squeezed bread roll. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Form 8 steaks from the minced meat mixture. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the steaks in it at medium heat for about 8 minutes. Turn from time to time. Heat 1/4 litre of water and milk. Stir in sauce powder and bring to the boil. Add capers with the liquid. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Drain the potatoes and add the parsley.
