Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and chop the onion. Knead minced meat, half of the onion, squeezed out roll and egg. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Form a meatloaf and put it on a greased baking tray.
Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour. Cover if necessary. In the meantime, clean and wash the cutting beans and cut them into thin diagonal strips.
Cook in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Wash the bean seeds and let them drain. Wash thyme, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the remaining chopped onion in it and add the beans and sliced beans.
Deglaze with tomato sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Season everything with salt, pepper and thyme. Arrange roast and vegetables on a plate. Serve garnished with parsley.
