Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 75 g diced smoked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and tomato wedges

Directions

    Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Fry them in hot oil while turning them until golden brown. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper, add the egg milk to the potatoes and cover and allow to set.

    Sprinkle with diced ham and possibly chopped parsley. Serve with tomato wedges if desired.
