Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg large new potatoes
  • 6-7 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 125 g red, yellow and green peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Caraway seeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS coarse salt

Directions

    Wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly under running water. Cut in half and place on a baking tray with the cut surface facing upwards. Brush with 3 tablespoons of oil and pre-bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.

    In the meantime, wash the lemon thoroughly and peel the peel in thin strips with a julienne chaff. Squeeze 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons). Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix lemon juice and zest, salt, garlic and olive oil.

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil with salt and paprika powder. Spread 1/3 of the potatoes with paprika oil and sprinkle with paprika cubes. Spread another third with lemon marinade and brush the remaining potatoes with remaining oil and sprinkle with caraway seeds and salt.

    Bake the potatoes in 20-25 minutes.
