Mediterranean potato gratin

  • 5 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter

Directions

    Wash the herbs, shake dry, remove leaves from the stems and needles from the branch. Chop the herbs finely, except for something to garnish. Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel and wash potatoes and slice them finely

    Spread oil on 2 small gratin dishes. Put half of the potatoes into the casseroles. Season with thyme, rosemary, garlic and salt. Spread the rest of the potatoes on top. Mix milk and cream and pour over. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for about 15 minutes. Garnish with rosemary and thyme
