Roasted Potato Filet Pan

Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4-5 Walnut kernels
  • 300 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into small pieces. Chop the nuts. If necessary, wash, dab and cut the meat into 4 pieces

    Drain the potatoes, rinse and peel. Halve or quarter the potatoes. Heat clarified butter in a possibly coated frying pan and place the fillet pieces in it from each side approx

    Fry for 3 minutes. Season the meat, take it out and keep it warm

    Fry the potatoes and spring onions in the frying fat for about 5 minutes while turning them over. If necessary, wash thyme, pluck off leaves and add. Season with salt and pepper. Add meat again. Sprinkle everything with nuts. Garnish with parsley. Serve with a tomato salad
