Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat and diced onion. First stir in tomato paste, then add cream and tomatoes and simmer at low heat for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Approximately 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add vegetables from the minced sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper and Sambal Oelek. Add noodles and oregano to the sauce and serve.
