Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp (size M)
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1/8 l Oil
  • 200 ml Fanta lime
  • 200 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Jelly fruits
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cream eggs, sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in flour, baking powder, oil and 175 ml Fanta. Grease the baking tray of the oven. Put the dough on top and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 ° C/ gas: level 2) for about 25 minutes.

    Take out the cake and let it cool down. Stir icing sugar with remaining Fanta Lime until smooth. Spread on the cake and let it dry. Cut the cake into approx. 24 pieces and decorate with jelly fruits as desired
