Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Shallots
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-4 Tsp medium hot mustard

Directions

    Boil the eggs hard for about 8 minutes. Then rinse cold and peel. Remove the egg yolk and pass through a sieve. Finely chop the egg white. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Mix prepared ingredients and sour cream.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and mustard.
