Fajitas with chicken meat

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 500 g red peppers
  • 1 collar (approx. 170 g) Spring onions
  • 2 (approx. 200 g) Tomatoes
  • 200 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 pack Flour tortillas (4 pieces)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Texicana salsa
  • 100 g ripened cream

Directions

    Wash the chicken meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into pieces. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes.

    Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika and spring onions to the meat and fry for about 3 minutes.

    Add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm. fry tortillas in a dry pan on both sides for about 2 minutes. Serve tortillas with vegetables, iceberg lettuce and sauces together.
