Fairy tails in Balsamico

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar (e.g. white)
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, salt, pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 bundle (approx. 500 g) Mairübchen
  • 1 small bunch of radishes
  • 50-75 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 3-4 Salad leaves
  • 60 g Sbrinz cheese or Parmesan (Swiss hard cheese)

Directions

    Mix vinegar, 1 pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil vigorously into the mixture. Wash the chives, chop finely and stir into the marinade. Clean, peel and wash the fairy tails. Slice or cut into thin slices. Mix with the marinade and leave to stand briefly

    Wash the radishes, clean all but a few for garnishing and cut into sticks. Clean, wash and drain the rocket and salad. Pluck the lettuce leaves a little smaller

    Loosely mix radishes, rocket salad and mairübchen. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the little mairübchen on salad leaves. Slice the cheese thinly on top. Garnish with the remaining radishes. Serve with fresh crusty bread
