For the granola chop the almonds coarsely. Mix with pumpkin seeds and oat flakes in a bowl. Put oil, vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons honey in a small pot. Heat over medium heat and stir until the vanillin sugar is dissolved (do not bring to the boil). Pour over the hearty mixture and mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the dry ingredients are completely covered.
Heat the oil. Sauté white onion rings and garlic, then tomato paste in it. Add tomatoes and oregano, bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Place the tortilla flat cakes offset next to each other on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce on top. Cover with salami and olives and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake pizzas in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the spring onion green. Garnish with fresh oregano.
