Clean and wash the broccoli, divide into small florets and blanch in boiling salted water for about 1 minute. Drain and quench.
Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Grate cheese. Cut ham into strips. Whisk eggs, cream cheese and half parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix broccoli and ham in a casserole dish. Pour egg cheese over it. Sprinkle with rest of parmesan. Bake in a hot oven for about 40 minutes. After about 20 minutes, sprinkle the casserole with almond flakes and finish baking.
