Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • baking paper
  • 2 small freezer bags

Directions

  1. 1

Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Add milk. Mix flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in. Using a tablespoon, place 12 heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  2. 2

Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Let cool on a cake rack. Mix 200 g icing sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice to a thick icing.

  3. 3

Take off about 1 tablespoon and put it in a small freezer bag. Stir the rest of the icing thinner with the remaining lemon juice. Spread the American from the flat side with it and let it dry. In the meantime knead marzipan and 40 g icing sugar.

  4. 4

Sieve the remaining icing sugar onto a work surface and roll out the marzipan on top. Cut out and shape 24 rabbit ears. Stick the ears with the firmer icing sugar icing on the Americans. Melt the chocolate, let it cool down a bit and put it in a small freezer bag.

  5. 5

Cut off a small corner and squirt rabbit faces onto the icing with the chocolate. Decorate the ears with the rest of the chocolate and the icing as you like. Leave to dry. Makes 12 pieces.
