Whisk the egg white with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, adding 100 g sugar. Fill food colouring into a homemade paper piping bag. Cut off the tip the size of a pinhead. Open a cloth piping bag with a perforated nozzle (approx. 1 cm Ø) as far as possible and spray 3-4 lines of paint into the bag, evenly distributed around the circumference of the bag from the perforated nozzle to the shaft of the bag.
Carefully fill the beaten egg white into the piping bag and spray approx. 25 beaten egg whites onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Dry in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 80 °C/ circulating air: 50 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 4 hours
