Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Schnitzel of your choice
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Paprika
  • 1 pack of Diced bacon
  • 2 Pickles
  • 1 Mug of sour cream
  • 2 Essl. tomato paste
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 ml. Broth
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, paprika powder

Directions

    Cut the cutlets in half and put them into an ovenproof dish, fry the bacon, onions, mushrooms, cucumber, chilli, paprika, garlic and broth, stir in sour cream and tomato paste.

    Season to taste with all the spices and place on the escalopes. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
