Devil's chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 red chillies
  • 2 Chicken breasts (à approx. 600 g)
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 250 g green suberic paprika
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Mix olive oil, paprika powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar. Wash the chillies, halve them lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Chop the pods finely and stir into the oil. Wash the chicken breasts, dab dry and brush all around with the oil.

    Place on the fat pan of the oven. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. In the meantime, wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into slices and place them in a bowl.

    Add oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper and mix. 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time add to the fat pan. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Wash the peppers and tomatoes. After another 15 minutes, add them to the fat pan.

    Remove the fat pan from the oven. Remove chicken meat from the bone and cut into slices. Arrange on plates with vegetables and potatoes.
