Turkey steaks in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 (each 500 g) Turkey breast fillets
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Put rice in boiling salted water and let it swell for 15-20 minutes. Peel garlic and press it through the garlic press or chop it finely. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into large pieces.

    Cut the turkey filet into 4 pieces. Place each with the cut surface facing down. Press slightly flat and tie round. Heat oil in a pan and fry the steaks on each side for about 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Take out, remove the thread. Keep meat warm. Sauté garlic and spring onions in frying fat. Add chunky tomatoes and let it boil down a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Drain the rice and arrange on plates with the tomato sauce and steaks. Sprinkle rice with paprika, steaks with coarse pepper and garnish with parsley.
