Knead 275 g flour, sugar, vanillin sugar, salt, butter in pieces and egg yolk first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and then briefly with your hands until smooth. Cover and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a little flour to a thickness of about 1/2 cm. Cut out stars (about 5 cm Ø). Place on baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 12 minutes. Cooling down
Mix icing sugar and orange juice. Colour half the icing orange with red and yellow. Pour into 1 plastic bag each, cut off 1 small corner. Decorate cookies with icing and sugar beads. Let them dry. Dust with icing sugar
