Ingredients

  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 2 l light black tea
  • 75 g Raisins
  • 75 g almonds without skin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 (0,7 l) Flasche de geele Köm (a spirit spe
  • 7-10 Tbsp of the coast)

Directions

    Whip the cream until stiff. Pour very hot tea into 2-3 heat-resistant glasses and sweeten with sugar to taste. Distribute raisins and almonds into the glasses. Fill up with De geele Köm to taste.

    Put a dollop of cream on each. Serve immediately.
