Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Milk or cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar
  • 1 pck. Tray pizza dough (400 g; cooling shelf)
  • some Flour
  • 48 Dark chocolate drops (approx. 1 tablespoon)
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat oven (electric cooker: 180 °C/circulating air: 160 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Mix egg yolks, milk and icing sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. 2

Roll out the dough, cut out approx. 24 circles with a slightly floured cookie cutter (5.5 cm Ø). Cut circles to approx. 1⁄3, fold the resulting tips to form ears. On the opposite side turn in some of the dough towards the nose, press on lightly. How exactly this works, you can see in the video below.

  3. 3

Place the piglet on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with egg yolk, press in 2 chocolate drops as eyes. Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.
