Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 potty Thyme
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) small white beans
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 600 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Spring onions

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion, press garlic through a garlic press. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic in it. Add minced meat. Fry over high heat, turning over, for about 10 minutes.

    Wash and chop the thyme. Stir tomato paste into the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, curry and thyme. In the meantime clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Rinse and drain the beans. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Add tomatoes, spring onions and beans to the pan. Deglaze with white wine and stock. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste again.
