Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry the ground pork in it for about 4 minutes until coarsely crumbly and remove. Add the frozen vegetables to the frying fat. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 7-9 minutes.
Add rice and minced meat after about 5 minutes and heat up. Season vegetable wok with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Sprinkle with fried onions.
