  • 500 g ripe, red currants
  • 1/2 l Cider vinegar

Directions

    Wash the currants thoroughly and remove the stalks. Pour into a glass vessel and pour the vinegar over it. Close the jar and place on a sunny windowsill. Leave to stand for 7-10 days. Shake the berries in the glass daily. After this time, filter the vinegar through a clean cloth and pour it into a glass bottle. Store the vinegar in a dark place
