Put the flour in a bowl and make a depression in the middle. Crumble yeast into it. Add lukewarm milk, 50 g sugar, 1 egg and zest of 1 lemon. Put 50 g soft fat in flakes on the rim.
Knead everything from the middle to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until the dough volume has doubled. In the meantime, stir the remaining fat, sugar and vanillin sugar until foamy.
Add the remaining eggs. Stir in pudding powder, lemon juice and remaining lemon peel. Finally stir in the quark. Drain the cherries and mirabelles. Stone the mirabelles. Knead the dough again and place on a greased baking tray.
With floured hands spread the dough evenly on the baking tray. Spread the quark mixture on top and cover with mirabelles and cherries. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.
Results in about 20 pieces.
