Cucumber salad with tomatoes and feta cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cucumber (approx. 500 g)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Wash and clean the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Clean and wash spring onion and cut it diagonally into rings. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Crumble feta cheese roughly. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press.

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil. Stir in garlic. Put all ingredients together with the vinaigrette in a large bowl and mix. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Arrange in small bowls and sprinkle with pepper
