Cucumber salad with romaine lettuce and salmon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 discs smoked salmon (approx. 30 g each)

Directions

    Clean the romaine lettuce, wash it. Cucumber wash, clean and cut or slice into thin slices. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into long rolls. Mix sour cream and milk, season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Arrange romaine lettuce leaves and cucumber slices in small bowls. Roll up salmon slices and cut into small rolls. Arrange salmon rolls and a blob of sour cream on the salad, sprinkle with chives.

    Add the rest salmon and sour cream.
