Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 giant cucumber
  • 1 Beet Cress
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Corn veal (glass)
  • 16 Grissini sticks (Italian crispy pastry)
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the cucumber and cut off the upper quarter lengthwise. Cut the cucumber a little straight at the bottom so that it stands well. Use a ball cutter to cut 8 balls out of the inside of the cucumber at regular intervals. Wash the cress, shake well dry and cut from the bed. Mix with cream cheese. Season to taste with pepper and salt if necessary. Spray cheese cream into the recesses

  2. 2

Wash the tomatoes and cut a small lid off each. Place the tomatoes in the cream cheese with the cut surface facing upwards, press lightly. Cut the corn in half lengthwise and place it as "arms" on the tomatoes. Stick cucumber balls as "heads" on them. Put tomato lids as caps on the "heads".

  3. 3

Arrange cucumber eight. Arrange Grissini as oars. Possibly place a small toy figure on the bow as helmsman
