Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut into slices. Cut melon into quarters and remove seeds. Cut 1 quarter into 8 thin slices. Use a ball cutter to cut out small balls from the flesh. Wash and drain the sprouts. Pluck basil leaves from the stems and cut into strips.
Mix yoghurt and crème fraîche. Stir in basil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange cucumber slices and melon wedges and balls on four plates. Sprinkle sprouts over them. Add dressing
