Ingredients

  • 3-4 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 red pepper

Directions

    Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Whip the oil well into the sauce.

    Select the sprouts, wash and drain well. Clean and wash spring onions and peppers. Cut onions into fine rings and peppers into fine strips. Mix all salad ingredients with the marinade. Cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Season again and arrange in a bowl
