Crunchy salad with Kümmeltaler cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce (about 500 g)
  • 1 (approx. 75 g) red onion
  • 4 Kümmeltaler (Harz cheese, 50 g each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Peel onion and cut into rings. Cut cheese into slices and small corners. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil under it.

    Arrange salad, onions and cheese on plates. Pour vinaigrette over it and serve. Serve with wholemeal pumpernickel.
