Ingredients

  • 125 g Cucumber
  • 125 g small tomatoes
  • 1/2 Head romaine lettuce
  • some stem(s) Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 40 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash, halve or slice the tomatoes. Clean and wash lettuce. Leave small leaves whole, cut larger ones into fine strips.

    Wash the basil. Put some leaves aside for garnishing. Finely chop the remaining leaves. Mix lemon juice, vinegar, oil and basil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the salad ingredients and marinade and leave to stand for a while.

    Cut the bacon into small pieces, put them in a pan until crispy and fold them in. Serve salad garnished with lemon and basil.
