Ingredients

Servings: 25
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON pale cake syrup
  • 75 g whole pistachios
  • 75 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 100 g peeled whole
  • 7-10 Tbsp Almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Paper sleeves

Directions

    Caramelise the sugar and vanillin sugar in a large pan until golden brown. Add the syrup and stir in the nuts. Stir on the stove until the nuts are covered all around with a layer of caramel.

    Using 2 forks, place small heaps on a piece of aluminium foil coated with oil and allow to solidify. Remove from the foil and place in small paper cuffs.
