  • 1/2 Cucumber (300 g)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove, 1 onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS vinegar, 1 tsp mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 tsp (5 g) oil
  • 1 washer (25 g) Toast
  • 50 g low-fat soft cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. Henri light; 12 % fat)
  • 2 stem(s) Dill

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Cut cucumber into slices, halve tomatoes. Peel garlic and onion. Chop garlic and onion into rings

    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Toast bread, dice. Cut cheese into small pieces. Mix everything with marinade. Chop dill, sprinkle over it
