Mix yeast, sugar and 150 ml lukewarm water. Knead salt and 250 g flour in a bowl with yeast and 1 tablespoon of oil until smooth. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes
Wash the rosemary and pat dry well. Divide the garlic unpeeled into cloves
Knead the dough. Roll out thinly in portions on some flour. Cut into squares (3 x 3 cm)
Heat 1/4 l of oil in a high frying pan. Fry garlic and rosemary in it. Take out. Fry the dough pieces in portions in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Serve with garlic, rosemary, ham, cheese and salami balls
