##chocolate## roughly chop. Warm the cream, remove from heat and melt the chocolate in it. Melt the butter. Mix milk, flour and butter to a smooth dough. Stir in egg.
Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Peel and chop the mango, ##kiwis## and ##bananas##. Sort out ##raspberries##. ##Mix fruit, lemon juice and liquid sugar.
Coat a coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø) with oil. Put 1/4 of the dough into the pan and sprinkle with 1/4 of the flaked almonds. After about 2 minutes turn the crêpe and fry again for about 2 minutes.
Take out and bake 3 more crêpes in the same way. Fold the crêpes into triangles and fill with the fruit salad. Arrange the crêpes, dust with icing sugar and sprinkle with chocolate sauce.
