Cream butter, salt, sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve over it and fold in. Stir in 150 g crème fraîche and cream.
Heat up the waffle iron and spread with fat. Bake 8 waffles from the dough and dust with icing sugar. Divide the waffles into individual hearts and serve with red fruit jelly and a dash of crème fraîche. Decorate with mint
