  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Pomegranate syrup (bottle)
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of chilled Crémant or dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds, removing the white parting skins. Spread the pomegranate seeds and syrup over eight champagne glasses. Pour on crémant.
