Creamy vegetables with meat loaf

  • 2 discs (250 g) Meat loaf
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (750 g) Bag of deep-frozen "Colorful creamy vegetables, landlord style"
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Cut the meat loaf into strips. Peel onion, cut into rings and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Add Leberkäse and fry briefly. Remove both from the pan. Add vegetables and 150 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for 3-5 minutes.

    Stir several times. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Arrange the vegetables on four plates. Add Leberkäse with onions and sprinkle with chives
