Boil eggs hard in 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the onion until transparent. Sprinkle with curry and flour and sauté. Add stock and cream while stirring and bring to the boil again.
Add peas and cook for about 5 minutes. Cut ham into strips and add. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Rinse eggs cold, peel and halve. Arrange eggs on the pea curry and sprinkle with pepper.
It goes well with rice.
