Soup greens and potatoes clean or peel, wash and chop. Peel onion. Dice onion and bacon. Wash and chop marjoram

Take approx. 4 tbsp. potato cubes out of the soup. Puree the soup finely and possibly pass it through a sieve. Stir in cream and add the potato cubes again. Season soup to taste. Serve with marjoram and bacon
