Creamy Obatzda with pear and walnut

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 400 g Camembert
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 75 g Walnuts
  • 175 g Blue cheese (e.g. Bavaria blu)
  • 4 Chive straws
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup

Directions

    Finely dice the camembert and place in a bowl. Add butter and cream cheese and mix everything with the whisk of the mixer. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Mix into the cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Halve the mixture.

    Wash 1 ripe pear, quarter it, remove seeds, dice finely and sprinkle with 2 tsp. lemon juice. Coarsely chop 75 g walnuts. Finely dice 175 g blue cheese (e.g.

    Bavaria blu). Wash 4 chives and cut into small rolls. Stir the prepared ingredients and 2 tbsp. maple syrup into one half of the Obatzda basic mixture.
