Mix 6 tablespoons of milk, pudding powder and sugar. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in pudding powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 1 minute
Mix just under half the pudding and coffee powder. Let the pudding cool down a little. Layer alternately cream and coffee pudding in 4 dessert glasses. Let it cool down
Just before serving, lightly whip cream and vanilla sugar. Spread on the pudding. Sprinkle the cocoa through a cappuccino stencil on top
To prevent skin from forming on the pudding, before
sprinkle with a little sugar when cooled, or
cover with transparent film. This way, the cream pudding is guaranteed to be popular with children: do not mix the hot pudding with instant coffee but with cocoa or melt 2-3 bars of finely chopped chocolate in it
