Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Dill and parsley
  • 4 small gherkins (glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Capers (glass)
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Hard boil eggs. Quench, peel and let cool. Wash and chop the herbs. Dice cucumbers finely. Halve eggs. Take out the egg yolk and stir with vinegar until smooth. Chop egg white and capers finely.

    Mix egg yolk, mayonnaise and yoghurt. Stir in prepared ingredients. Season to taste.
