Cream cheese cream with grapes

  • 20 g Almond slivers
  • 150 g green and blue grapes
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 375 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Roast almond slivers in a pan without fat until golden brown. Wash and drain the grapes, pluck them from the stalks, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Mix cream cheese, quark, vanilla sugar, sugar and lime juice with the whisk of the hand mixer to a creamy mixture. Layer grapes and cream in four dessert glasses and sprinkle with almond slivers. Serve decorated with lemon balm as desired
