Ingredients

Servings: 400
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 80 g Low-fat curd
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Courgette
  • 4 Radishes
  • 1/4 Beet Cress
  • 1/4 collar Chives

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and quark, season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash and clean the zucchini, cut into strips and, except for something to garnish, cut into cubes. Wash and clean the radishes, cut into slices and, except for something to garnish, into cubes.

    Cut cress from the bed with scissors. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix the prepared ingredients, except for some cress for garnishing. Arrange in a bowl and garnish with zucchini, cress and radish.
